We are moving because my dad cannot afford our place to live anymore.
He is blaming my brother and I saying it is our faults. My brother I understand because he hasn't even attempted looking for work, while I on the other hand am out almost every day and I get turned down because "I don't have experience"
My dad lied on his taxes so he is getting a lot of money taken out of his paycheck which is what is throwing off his bill. He was claiming 10 dependents when there are only two. He made $65,000 last year which is plenty to live off of. But he blames us that it is our faults still and we don't care enough to do **** and I get screamed at daily when I am a full time college student looking for a full time job.
Whatever I make when do get a job is going to him.I try to talk to him about it and he won't listen and tells me to shut the **** up, that I'm a piece of ****, and so forth. He doesn't pay for my college I get student aid, and with that I also pay for my bus money.
I just don't know what to do. I am so stressed that I can't sleep and my grades are starting to slip.
He gave our notice to move to our land lords, he says we are moving away into a one bedroom that my brother and I need to share the living room, we need to get rid of my cats (that I have had since they were kittens and I pay for them using my college money) and I have a boyfriend of 6 years, neither of us have cars so when I move away we won't be able to see eachother, her is the only thing keeping me sane, we will probably end up breaking up.
I hate my brother. He belittles me more than my dad. He tortured me when I was little and really, I just wish I were dead or never born because of my dad and brother. My father doesn't believe me that my brother did horrible things to me, he says I make it all up, but I don't.
as soon as I get a job I was planning on moving out but I can't seem to find one.
I'm going crazy and I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me…. what should I do?

My girlfriend and I have dated for almost 2 years now and have lived with each other for the past year. We already know we want to get married, but the only thing holding me back is the cost of a ring. I work full-time and am also taking college classes and don't have any family in my life. I have improved my credit over the past couple years and just recently got a new car because my old car was unreliable. I do not want to bother getting another loan anytime soon, as I want my credit to continue to improve. We want to be married before I finish my degree so we can move to another city for better job opportunities and to also buy a house. It's hard for me to "save up" money for a ring within that time because I have other expenses too. Should I just wait until next year's income tax to purchase a ring, or is there clever ways I can propose to her? I just don't want anybody to look down upon me for not having a nice engagement ring.

In recent months I have been having trouble with two of my laptops. The time and date has reset to 00.00 and 01.01.2008. Also on one. I have not been able to access my college work from the colleges website due to the computer warning me about the SQL or something like that( I can't remember much about it, isn't that the security?) and warning me how the time and date looks suspicious. I have removed a Trojan horse ages ago. Bit this just worrys me, as my mum isnt aware of this sort of thing and don't want her to fall victim to it.i have used malware bytes while in safe mode. But only one computer shows adware. Is it all safe? And just the CMOS battery ( I think it's called) playing up to make the time and date to restore( the laptops are the same make and same age, so possible)

To be extremely honest, I am overweight and very unhealthy. I want to be healthy, but I don't know how to go about it.
I am 5'2 and 200lbs, I am 19 years old. I look like this 100% http://www.mybodygallery.com/photos-2308
I want to be healthy, I really don't care about looking like a super model, I just want to be healthy. I have been trying to diet but I don't know if i am doing it correctly. To be honest, I have been on and off my diets. I live in a house with practically morbidly obese relatives and this truly makes it difficult to diet because I am surrounded by fatty foods and sweets.
My normal routine: I basically sit all day from 8am to 5pm because I am at school all day, back to back classes. I then go home and I play with my dog for 30 minutes or so. Then I sit from lets asy 7pm to 3am doing homework (I rarely surf the internet, Im just so busy). During this time that from 7pm to 3am, I bounce on an exercise ball off and on. I don't get lots of sleep, on average about 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night.
My Diet:Breakfast – I eat cereal OR a shake that I make (2 cups of milk, 2 spoons of powder chocolate milk mix that is the no sugar added one, 1 banana, 1 egg, a lot of cinnamon, and TONS of ice).
Lunch: I usually don't eat an actual lunch because I don't have enough time between classes. Usually, (because im pretty damn poor) I buy one of those 75 cent brownies from the liquor store and drink a fruitable drink that i brought from home.
Dinner: I eat a meat portion that is half the size of my fist, i mostly eat a rice serving that is the size of my fist and a serving of corn half the size of my fist and drink 1/2 liter of water. At dinner time I usually don't feel very hungry because I am stressed a lot.
Snack: at between 11Pm and 1Am I usually eat an orange, a yogurt, or a handful of cheezits (I limited myself to only a handful).
Drinks: I drink lots of water, lots of vitamin waters like the ones sold at costco, not gatorade (Dr. recommended it because she said I'm low in a lot of vitamins), and fruitable drinks the ones that are like the V8 juice but tastes better cuz its mostly fruit 
So, what should I do? I am being extremely honest in this post and I am very embarrassed because of my bad habits. I really want to be healthy, but I don't know what to do. I get scared to eat because most the foods in the common areas of my house are extremely bad for me and make me feel sick (chips, soda, hot pockets). I keep a minifridge in my room, it is full of yogurt, vitamin waters, and oranges- and cheese sticks for my mom 
(we share a room).
How can I make my life healthier? What types of foods? Please keep in mind my schedule and also my budget is extremely low ( I have been living off of $2000 for the entire semester and I am a full time college student 23 credits and 2 internships )
Thank you so much and please be respectful. I am wanting to get healthy and I don't have anyone I can consult about this. All the resources online are mostly body building and diet fads/pills, and I dont want to do that. I want get healthy the RIGHT way.

I mean, I know I can't really talk.
I don't pay the bills, I don't buy the food in the pantry, and my parents indirectly pay for the clothes on my back. I get that, they're raising me.
But, I can't ever go talk to them with my problems.
They're gone when I wake up in the morning, come back at 8 at night. I eat dinner by myself, I'm constantly home alone.
When they decide to get off early and do something I don't have time because those nights I usually have billions of homework..
On the weekends, my dad on saturday does this thing with his friends.
Mom usually works. Vice versa on sunday, or they sleep all day.
When I ask for help on homework, they say "Text your brother" since he's in college, or they just yell at me when I dont get it the first time they explain it.
They're awesome parents and I love them.
But I feel like im raising myself educationally, and mentally. Like I could not go to school and they wouldnt know. I'm choosing to be educated (even though its technically not a choice), i'm choosing my lifestyle of food, in which my parents dont always buy the best things..
It's just insane. The only time I can do get good healthy food when I really want it (liek fresh bananas after we've been out for like 3 weeks) is when my brother comes home from school and I get him to drive me to the farmers market for fresh stuff with my allowance money..
anyone else feel this way?

Should I leave my band?

I'm in a band for years. We're kind of a girlband, though we don't dance around or anything. We sing acoustic with a guitar and do a lot of harmonies.
I do 90% of the work.
I write most of the songs, learn most of the guitar for covers, especially the difficult ones, share lyrics and make song arrangements on facebook so we're prepared when we meet, come down from a different city, missing college, any time we have a gig, make the backing track CDs (not so much anymore but i used to), bought a microphone and camera for youtube videos, set up recording of videos, edit and upload them, make blooper and behind the scene vids from recording and gigs, spend time every day thinking about new things we could do, enter all competitions, send all emails, and my parents are always helping out with sound at a gig or anytime we have a crisis they're first on hand. I rarely get thanks or credit from the girls or anyone else for all this.
In return, I get the little bit of fame that our band has developed, and our town is very proud of us.
i've dappled with solo work, and the girls didn't like that, so I stopped.
I don't know if I want to do the band anymore, I can never rely on them to do anything. For example I've been waiting for one of the girls to privately upload a clip she has so i can edit it for a week now, when it would take ten minutes to do.
I'm really tired of this.

Asking to hang out at obscure times and things like that. I turn him down and tell him that I'm super busy with school (which is no lie), but he keeps on asking to hang out. I am in college studying for a degree in history, and I just wrote the final exam for the course.
The instructor was truly great for the entire term, and was also extremely helpful with my project. He gave excellent notes, and he is definitely the best instructor I've had since I started college. I hope to be a history teacher when I finish college, and I can only hope to be as good at it as him. I really have a lot of respect for him.
Seeing as the term is over, and there is a decent chance I will never have him for any more of my classes, I was thinking about sending him an e-mail to thank him for all of his help this semester. I realize that is his job, but I really do appreciate everything he did to help me this term. I'd say thanks in person, but I won't be seeing him anymore for some time.
I just finished the final exam about an hour ago, so obviously it's not marked yet. I'm afraid if I shoot him an e-mail now, I wil seem like I'm 'sucking up' in hopes of getting a better grade.

Reason why, well for one thing, war was actually about states rights.
Not about slavery!
The north wanted to have the government to have control over the individual sovereign states, and the south was fighting more for the independence of each individual state.
Which was what the founding fathers had originally intended, that each state have individual powerof their own territory, rather then the federal government running everything.
You can look it up in the encyclopedia,which is how I found this out.
Plus the south has not only the best music, but the best food, the best college football,etc.
The south has it all!

I'm 17, I'm doing computing and I.T at college. My first year of college ends either late May or early June. If I fail the course, I can try it again, if I pass, I can move onto the next level of it. I don't know whether or not I'll pass the course. My grades from school aren't awful but they aren't amazing either. The only thing I am good at is working with computers. I've been learning to program for a while now. I'm not a "noob" but I'm not Bill Gates either. After I finish year two at college I want to leave with whatever I have. Does that sound alright?
If it helps, I have no interest in getting married or having kids, so hopefully I'll save more money by staying single. So, how can I get a full time job after I've left college?

I've liked this boy who goes to my college for three years, ever since we went to high school together (he's a year younger). We're friends, though we haven't seen each other since I graduated high school, and we've kept in somewhat of touch through facebook over the time that's passed. We've never hung out before, but about a month ago I finally dragged up the courage to ask if he wanted to get coffee (as friends, although it wasn't directly stated either way).
He agreed (and at the end, he told me if I ever wanted to hang out again, I could send him a message–he hates phones & texting, so we didn't exchange numbers.), and then a week later I asked if he wanted to try out a new coffee place with me. He agreed to this as well, and it went pretty nicely (at least for me, it did). He even paid for my coffee the second time.
Both times, we stayed at the cafe for almost an hour-and-a-half. If that means anything…? I guess at least we got along.
Anyway, I've sort of always gotten a hint that he likes me in return, but I'm not 100% sure–if he does, he's probably too shy or too worried that I don't like him back (I try to hide my interest for the same reasons). We haven't really spoken since then (it's been over a week), although he has liked a few of my photos and statuses on facebook (what appears to be more so that usual)
For now, I'm trying to leave it up to him to ask to hang out the next time (in my opinion, he's sort of shy–he has his talkative moments, though) because A) I want to see if he's at least interested in me enough as a friend, and B) because I don't want to do all the work.
But I'm thinking about asking if he wants to go to the end-of-the-year concert that my school is holding (or at least go to dinner with me and my two roommates beforehand).
Do you think this would be okay, or would you suggest something else? Or, do you have any other input that might help me?
Do some boys just need an extra push (a third time to hang out…) before they can work up the confidence? Or are some boys just like girls can be, and not really be into the whole "*asking* someone to hang out" and simply prefer to be the ones *asked*?
He did mention, just in really brief passing, that we should go to this one restaurant place he "hasn't been to in a long time." But he never mentioned anything else about it.
Could this have been his way of giving *me* another hint to ask him to hang out again??

So I only met my best friend like three months ago but we immediately clicked and became really good friends like we always hang out and she told me the other day she feels like she's known me forever and it's true we have a very easy fun relationship and I totally enjoy spending time with her but the thing is she acts differently towards me than to our other friends like our little group theres 5 of us and we hang out together the most but she knows one of the other girls the longest so she's always gonna have that bond with her and I understand but I just can't help but to feel like she doesn't care about me as much as her other friends like today when we were walking home we pass by and she says her name all happily and hugs her and tells her that she missed her even though it's only been an hour and it was just weird because she never acts like that towards me and it's fine she doesn't have to but it does make me feel like she just hangs out with me because I'm around or available and like she has this long time best friend that she's had since middle school who I haven't met yet and I don't even think she knows about me and they talk like every day except she's a little but older and goes to college and always really busy with school so yeah. I don't know I can't help but to feel a little rejected and stuff and I'm new at school so these girls are really the only friends I have right now. Any insight would be great, thanks!
